POWER BOOK BAGS PoWeR! stands for Play, Write, ReadWe are a 501(c)(3) that promotes language, literacy, and human interactions. Through our programs, we provide under-resourced children and their families with research-proven tools to support playing, writing, and reading.Since 2016, we have distributed over 740,000 books AND over 118,000 PoWeR! Literacy Tool Bags to children in Northern Lower Michigan. ​ Each book and PoWeR! Bag invites children to play, write, and read, empowering them to develop knowledge, skills, dispositions, and attitudes to positively impact their current and future selves.
