FAIR MICHIGAN FOUNDATION The purposes for which Fair Michigan Foundation is organized are exclusively for charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue code of 1986. Includes: Conducting research and educating the public on issues related to civil rights, and non-discrimination on the basis of sex, sexual orientation, gender, or gender identity; advocating for these purposes to the extent that no substantial part of the activities is carrying on the propaganda or otherwise attempting to influence legislation, except as otherwise provided under section 501(h) of the code.
