UNITED STATES NAVAL ACADEMY ALUMNI ASSOCIATION UPPER MIDWEST CHAPTER To serve and support the United States, the Naval Service, the Naval Academy and its alumni by: 1) Initiating and sponsoring activities in the Upper Midwest Area which will perpetuate the history, traditions, memories and growth of the Naval Academy and bind alumni together in support of the highest ideals of command, citizenship and government; and 2) Identifying, informing, encouraging and assisting high performing young men and women from the Upper Midwest Area to obtain appointments to and graduate from the Naval Academy and serve as officers in the Navy and Marine Corps.
