California Animal Rescue and Education Sanctuary Inc C.A.R.E.S.MISSION STATEMENT*Rescue, foster and find good homes for abandoned and homeless domestic and farm animals.*Spay/neuter abandoned and homeless cats and dogs, as well as help low income families with same.*Conduct TNR+ programs to help neighborhood feral cats.*Give sanctuary to those animals that cannot be placed elsewhere.*Investigate animal neglect and cruelty of animals.*Educate companion animal caretakers about the importance of vaccinating, spaying/neutering, microchipping, proper animal care, and how to keep them protected from wild animals. *Consult callers, and teach at conferences and through the media regarding humane wildlife solutions.
