Vista Greens Homeowners Association Vista Greens HOA's mission is to prevent urban decay by providing a community run organization that maintains dthe exteriors for 26 units in 10 buildings. The exterior refers to infrastructure siding roof gutters and common areas. We also do all upkeep of lawn and trees do snow removal and pay an insurance policy that covers All in meaning that the insurance covers the exterior and interior of homes excluding personal property. This insurance coverage along with building maintenance are significant activities of Vista Greens Homeowners Association.
