NEW CHESAPEAKE MEN FOR PROGRESS EDUCATION FOUNDATION We are playing a major role in influencing the education of black male youth through a variety of programs. Both scholarships and mentoring services are provided to black male youth at the elementary and secondary levels as well as providing school supplies to students who cannot afford them. We also assist with adult services and programs such as jail ministry, parent education seminars and financial empowerment seminars assist adults in improving their understanding of issues affecting their well-being.
