Global Semiconductor Alliance The GSA is a business league which was formed to stimulate the development of leading edge technology and foundry capacity for the fabless semiconductor industry, i.e., companies engaged in the design and fabrication of semiconductors and semiconductor devices such as transistors and integrated circuits.
