Health Equity Our Health programs are dedicated to enhancing overall well-being through key services. The Baylor College of Medicine Teen Health Clinic provides specialized care for adolescents, while La Tiendita offers health resources for the community. LEARN MORE Social Initiatives Our social initiatives strengthen community engagement. Through our Child Placing Agency, we provide foster care, kinship care, and adoption services, while Resolve connects victims with critical resources and crisis intervention. LEARN MORE Supportive Housing Our Housing initiatives include the Housing program which creates homeownership opportunities. Nueva Vida, a senior living space offering support, and Sunrise Lofts, which provides stable housing for youth aging out of foster care. LEARN MORE Education Our educational programs include RYSS, our charter school district delivering quality education for students of all ages; NOVA Academy for Adult Education, supporting adults in advancing their education; and GRADcafe, which provides free college and career exploration support. Grounded in equity, informed by data, and guided by community voice, we delivered integrated solutions across education, housing, health, and social services—reaching over 30,000 individuals. 3699+ Students of all ages becoming lifelong learners. From early childhood through adulthood, our educational programs (RYSS, NOVA, and GRADcafé) create pathways to opportunity, equity, and self-determination. 22,955 Individuals assisted with their Health Equity needs. Health is not simply the absence of illness—it is the presence of opportunity, connection, and dignity. Our health initiatives are designed to uplift the whole person through a comprehensive network of care. $22.7+ Million Economic Impact from Home Purchases Our Affordable Housing Program opens doors to brighter futures.
