Cultural Alliance of the Pass To generally support and enhance the art and cultural community Banning, Beaumont and throughout the San Gorgonio Pass area including funding and supporting a regiononal membership art gallery, performing artists in the field of dance, theater and music, funding and supporting performance events, encouraging public awareness opportunities in the arts, connecting the communities of the Pass through arts outreach and holding a variety of art and literary educational programs for children and young adults.
