Frisco Humane Society Frisco Humane Society (FHS) is an all-volunteer, all-foster home based, no kill animal rescue organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for unwanted, homeless or abused animals. FHS provides temporary foster care and medical attention for homeless animals.
