GLOBAL EQUIPPERS INCORPORATED The corporation is organized exclusively for charitable, religious and educational purposes, including for such purposes: conducting preaching and teaching services and seminars for churches, conferences, and other organizations and meetings; serving as an educational and management consultant for churches, ministries and institutions offering Christian leadership training; the conducting and promotion of international ministry and missions trips; the publication of and distribution of educational and management materials; all of which purposes are designed for the equipping of the saints for the work of the ministry. (Ephesians 4:12). The corporation is also organized for such other non-profit purposes as are authorized under the Texas Non-Profit Corporation Act.
