Center City is a nonprofit organization and is recognized as a Texas and National Main Street City.Center City is governed by a volunteer board of directors. Our headquarters is at 1000 S. Polk St. in the historic Bivins Building.Our Vision: Amarillo’s Downtown will be a destination neighborhood that bridges the past and the future in Center City.Our Mission: Center City of Amarillo, Inc., brings people to downtown Amarillo through organization, events, promotion, design and facilitation of economic restructuring.
