Fort Worth Central Office To serve the alcoholic who still suffers by having the hand of AA available to them; we are a service body only, having no authority over any AA members or groups. Central Office also acts as a vehicle for information about the three legacies of AA and the literature available from the General Service Office and the Grapevine. Decisions are arrived at through the use of the twelve traditions and twelve concepts. The main function of the office is to be of maximum service to the alcoholic who reaches out. We maintain a close relationship with local treatment facilities, halfway houses, penal institutions and departments of parole and probation.
