Increasing social and recreational opporutnities amoung low income home-bound and youth through the creation of financiallly viable enterprise that provides them basic survival tools and social skills. To organize programs such as "Thanksgiving in the Bario" which proves for hot meas to feed the poor. To provide programs such as "Christmas Baskets" for poor and low-income families disabled individuals and unemployed. To organize programs suc has the "Health Fair which offers screening and education and hot meals for the poor low income and unisured.
