Provide training to enhance the professional development of professionals; 4. Encourage the use of technology to enhance the delivery of services; 5. Promote research and evaluate studies to improve quality of services; 6. Increase public awareness of juvenile justice personnel; and 7. To be an advocate of juvenile justice personnel.
