MERCED HOUSING TEXAS Merced Housing Texas mission is to create and strengthen healthy communities by providing quality, affordable housing with supportive services for individuals, families, and older adults living in low-income households. Merced offers three core programs: multifamily affordable housing, critical home repairs, and residents services. Merced serves individuals who make at/below 80% Area Median Income (AMI). Most individuals we assist have incomes between 30-60% AMI.
