FOOTHILLS FOUNDATION The Foothill Foundation acts as a fundraising arm of the Foothills Park & Recreation District, to provide financial support for special projects that could not otherwise be provide to the community. Goals: 1. To provide safe and enjoyable fundraising events that bring the community together, such as Summerset Festival and Annual Golf Tournament 2. To support the mission and goals of the Foothills Park & Recreation District.
