CHAMPIONS COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT ASSOCIAT × Welcome to the Champions Community! Edit page Nestled under a canopy of tall Oak and Pine trees, the Champions subdivision is a suburban oasis just north of FM 1960 (also known as Cypress Creek Parkway), and east of State HWY 249. Some may recognize our Champions community since it surrounds the Champions Golf Club which has been the honored host to many high-profile golf tournaments including the Ryder Cup, U.S. Open, Houston Open, the Tour Championship and most recently, the US Women's Open. The Champions community has much to offer families looking for a new place to call home. What began in the 1960s as an exclusive golfing community has expanded into a neighborhood of over 850 homes sprawled out over prime real estate divided into distinct sections ranging from new custom homes to mature homes many of which are on the golf course or situated around the Champions Lake. With thousands of mature trees, countless varieties of blooming flowers, and relatively close proximity to the Gulf of Mexico, each home is surrounded by its own unique beauty and reaps the benefits of the biodiversity of our area.Nature lovers will delight over glimpses of Great Blue Herons, migrating Warblers, or hosting many of our native species such as the Eastern Bluebirds. Some have speculated that our world-renowned Jack Rabbit course may have been inspired by the Jack Rabbits who occasionally visit. For the outdoor enthusiast, our neighborhood is centrally located to many nearby parks and beautiful hike and bike trails. The Champions community is also surrounded by a wide range of cultural and family entertainment, diverse restaurants, recognized schools, and upscale shopping venues. The best thing about our Champions community is the people who call Champions home. We are a community of neighbors looking out and caring for one another. Our neighborhood was one of the first to pioneer a neighborhood crime watch program and has successfully connected each of its streets to Block Contacts committed to networking and keeping our neighborhood safe and informed. When you move into Champions, you aren’t just becoming part of a legacy; you become part of the Champions family!Your CCIA Pages HomeNew to Champions? Our LocationNeighborhood InformationFAQs Future Community EventsEvents CalendarCalendarCommunity News Resident InformationResident ResourcesDues Payment Annual Maintenance FeeCCIA 2025 BudgetTrash & RecyclingCommunity Contact InformationLinks & ResourcesCommunity Map CCIA & Board of DirectorsCurrent Board MembersMeeting InformationBoard ResponsibilitiesCCIA Paradise Valley Park and Trail Committees & GroupsCommittee Info. & DescriptionsGroupsChampions Women's Club Ready to Renovate?
