Data sourced from IRS 990 public filings
American Bach Soloists The American Bach Soloists touch musical audiences through live performances, recordings, and educational programs that emphasize the engaging repertoire and historically accurate performance practice of the Baroque, Classical, and Early Romantic periods with a special focus on the works of Johann Sebastian Bach. The American Bach Soloists present an annual subscription series with performances in Belvedere, Berkeley, Davis, and San Francisco, California. Their annual holiday performances of Handel's "Messiah", presented each December before capacity audiences since 1992, have become a Bay Area tradition. Each season opens with the American Bach Soloists Festival held each summer and includes performances of major works, opera, and oratorio from the Baroque. The ABS Academy hosts students of Early Music working alongside internationally acclaimed faculty.
