Delta Rural Health Network Mississippi Inc The corporation is organized and operated to provide the following services to hospitals located throughout rural Mississippi:(1) assistance in the recruitment of physicians and other health care professionals(2) assistance in community needs assessment(3) assistance in strategic operational planning to facilitate the delivery of health care services on a cooperative basis in rural areas(4) provision of physician and community health education(5) establishment of a forum to address common problems and to initiate joint activities among rural hospital to improve the efficiency and quality of health care services to rural areas(6) provision of such other services and engagement in such other activities as determined by the Board of Directors which are not inconsistent with the Corporation's Section 501(c)(3) tax exempt status.
