SOUTHEASTERN BIBLE COLLEGE Southeastern Bible College, Inc (SEBC) is a four-year baccalaureate, private Christian college that is denominationally unaffiliated. The college opened its doors for classes on May 1, 1935 and received its charter from the State of Alabama to grant degrees in 1950.
