RAIN COMMUNITIES INC Our mission is to provide resources to address the unmet housing and service needs of homeless individuals in Ventura County CA. Our primary focus is aiding women and children as they are the most vulnerable. Our primary program services include rental and utility assistance childcare meals transportation assistance and childrens activities. Our goal is to provide meaningful support not just band-aids to help the families on a path of sustained independence.
