COMMUNITY MEDICAL ASSOCIATES INC Community Medical Associates, Inc.'s purpose is: to promote the health and wellness of the communities it serves; to operate clinics and other health care facilities; to conduct certain educational activities designed to promote the health and wellness of the communities it serves, including educational activities related to rendering care to the sick and injured; to participate in activities designed and carried on to promote the general health of the community; and to participate in and promote the integration of the delivery of health care in order to enhance the cost-effectiveness and quality of health care that is delivered to the community, and to otherwise provide and promote cost-effective and high-quality health care.
