Free CCR&R* services include:Assistance finding quality child care programs with safe and healthy environmentsChild care financial assistance options and help with applicationsA list of child care providers based on your family’s preferences and needsInformation about early learning programs, including School Readiness (SR), Voluntary Prekindergarten (VPK), Head Start, Early Head Start, and Home Instruction for Parents of Preschool Youngsters (HIPPY)Referrals to community resources that may assist with family needs, such as food, medical care, employment, housing, utilities, counseling, and support groupsResources about child development and support for those with special needsA toll-free Warm Line (1-877-399-2315 ext. 235) to provide support, information, and referral services for the inclusion of children with disabilities or developmental concerns in child care programs.Information regarding child behavior concerns.*All families receiving CCR&R services will be contacted to complete a voluntary survey to gauge your customer service experience with our office.
