National School Public Relations Association-NC School Public Relations Ass The purposes are to support school PR professionals in their work through professional development, networking, and other activities and promote school public relations programs. We accomplish our purpose through the annual fall conference; professional development programs which feature a full day of four seminars focusing on relevant topics; the Blue Ribbon Awards program, which recognizes members for effective school communications and public relations efforts; a mentoring program for people new to the profession; and scholarship opportunities for members to attend the NSPRA national seminar.
