Building Stronger Futures As a non-merit-based school, GTCHS welcomes students from all backgrounds. However, the rigor of our early college model requires students to be motivated, academically prepared, and ready to meet high expectations. Admission for rising 9th graders is determined by lottery, as outlined by state charter law. Each year, we receive more applications than available seats.
