Bouncing Bulldogs The Bouncing Bulldogs Jump Rope program assists youth between the ages of 5 and 18 to become better jumpers in addition to helping them to develop character, integrity, and leadership qualities. These leadership qualities include decision making and public speaking skills. Program members and participants serve as youth ambassadors for education and fitness in their local, state, national and international community.
