SHEPHERDSTOWN FIRE DEPARTMENT It is our pleasure to welcome you here. We thank you for your continued support, and we look forward to continuing our service to the community. Panel 1 “Over 225 Years of Service, By Trained Volunteers” Proud to be the oldest, and most experienced, fire department in the State of West Virginia. Founded in 1792, the Shepherdstown Fire Department has served Jefferson County, WV and surrounding regions for over 225 years. Read more about our History. Panel 2 Open to The Public Having a Field Trip or Birthday Party? In addition to renting Barron Hall, the membership loves the opportunity to partner with other local organization and families to let kids roam the firehouse, practice fire safety, and learn about what we do. Panel 3 Fundraising Calendar Sportsman Bash WaitList A very small percentage of our annual operating costs are covered through State and County proceeds. On average, SFD members spend 100+ days fundraising each year. A large portion of our annual revenues are generated from these fundraising events. We’d love to see you join us for one (or all) of our many events throughout the year. The below calendar will display our upcoming events, and keep an eye on our Social Media pages (links at very bottom of page) for more information: SFD is running online RAFFLES. Please visit our raffle site: https://sfd3store.square.site/ Join us for our weekly bingo night every Wednesday! Doors open at 4:30PM, with bingo games kicking off at 6:30PM. Prices vary depending on the number of cards played, but for just $18.00, you can play. We have our exciting progressive lucky 7 and jackpot games as well! Due to the popularity of our event, we recommend arriving early to secure your spot, as we often have a crowd of 50 players already waiting by 5:30PM. Our bingo night has cultivated a warm and welcoming family atmosphere, which has contributed to our growing attendance numbers. We look forward to seeing you there for an evening of fun and excitement! Annual Cake Auction SFD Apple Butter Annual Sportsman Bash Community Events Great Food Panel 4 Placeholder
