To operate on a not-for-profit basis, within the meaning of Section 501 C (6) of Internal Revenue Code and to exercise such powers as are permitted to corporations under the provisions of Chapter 31 Article 1, Section 8 of the Code of West Virginia as amended and to transact any lawful business for which corporations may be incorporated in West Virginia.
