TEXAS PUBLIC INTEREST RESEARCH GROUP EDUCATION FUND INC The corporation is organized exclusively for educational purposes within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or corresponding section of any future federal tax code. The corporation may engage in research, public education, and litigation to protect the environment and the people of Texas, including, but not limited to, the quality of Texas' air, water, and land.
