Modern Military Association of America In 2023, some of our successes included a the launch of our incident reporting form for LGBTQ+ or HIV discrimination - the first of its kind - that allows us to track and address concerns that arise within the worldwide U.S. military community, b a new safe, virtual, and moderated monthly MMAA Strong Communities meeting for adult LGBTQ+ service members, veterans, and their partners that meets on the third Monday of each month at 8 pm ET, and c relaunching Rainbow Shield cultural competency training with new culturally-specific resources to help groups work effectively with LGBTQ+ and HIV+ military and veteran communities.
