Since its formation and in the financial year hence reported the organization has operated exclusively for charitable religious and educational purposes as defined in Section 501c3 of the United States Internal Revenue Code. The organization: 1 Promoted Indian social cultural and religious events 2 Conducted activities as a nonprofit non-political non-sectarian organization; and 3 Devoted its activities to social cultural religious and philanthropic activities of the community in general. In carrying out its objectives the organization organized various events and programs including coordinating and supporting other nonprofit organizations within the community with similar aims and objectives. Such events have been attended by over over a thousand unique attendees throughout the year.
