Second District - Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc The Second District of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc.'s mission is to provide and promote programs of social, cultural and economic uplift to the communities in the NY, NJ PA, DE and MD areas. We provide mentoring and financial support to young men in college in order to aid in the development of leaders for roles in human service arena. This mission is accomplished through training programs, scholarship awards and social action programs conducted in the community.
