The agency works to coordinate and provide programs and services to older adults and caregivers in order to improve quality of life and to support their independence, self-sufficiency, health, and dignity. We strive to be advocates for services that respond to the needs of our clients; whether that be through in-home services, congregate and home delivered meals, case management, legal assistance, health and wellness programs, caregiver support or help with accessing community resources. Our Community Developmental Disability Organization, (CDDO) also allows us to provide services to those with development disabilities in CF, FR and OS counties. We offer a multitude of services through our own programs and collaborate with other community agencies to help fill gaps when individuals need additional services.
