MASTER NATIONAL AMATEUR RETRIEVER CLUB INC To promote and protect the breeding, field training, hunting traditions and best interests of all retriever breeds and those breeds qualified to enter AKC Hunt Tests for Retrievers; and, to promote the interests of amateur owners and trainers who respect the history, traditions and integrity of the sport of purebred hunting retrievers. The MARC conducts an annual invitational hunt test that will promote the use of retrievers as hunting companions by simulating as nearly as possible the conditions met in a true hunting situation.
