NEIGHBORS DRIVING NEIGHBORS Neighbors Driving Neighbors mission is to provide free transportation to those living in our 6-town rural service area who have no other option for transportation, so they can travel to medical, retail, social or work locations. Its vision is that our central Maine communities will be a place where people of all ages are able to enjoy meaningful lives while living in our communities. We currently serve Belgrade, Rome, Vienna, Mount Vernon, Fayette and Readfield, Maine communities providing free rides within approximately a 35-mile radius.
