THE FUND ALSO MAY MAKE DISTRIBUTIONS TO EMPLOYEES AND RETIREES AND THEIR FAMILY MEMBERS WHO ARE EXPERIENCING FINANCIAL HARDSHIP AS A RESULT OF DECLARED FEDERAL EMERGENCIES.
