WAT LAO XAYABHOUMMARAM To build a facility to take care of the Monks by purchasing food, giving them shelter,and clothing, so in turn, the Monks can teach the traditional Buddhist beliefs which are designed to inspire inner and outer peace to achieve nirvana.
