ETERNAL ANCHOR Eternal Anchor is dedicated to offering quality disability services in the communities of rural Baja California Mexico. We serve and work alongside families to ensure that they have the tools necessary to raise their children in a region that has almost no government or private resources available. Our passion is to break down the physical and attitudinal barriers that prevent people with disabilities from accessing and participating in their communities.
