Citizens for Integrity Inc The organization's primary purpose is to receive and maintain personal, real property, or both, subject to the restrictions and limitations set forth herein. It aims to use and allocate the income and principal exclusively to promote activities related to the ideals of transparent, democratic systems and governance. These activities encompass education, cultural enrichment, social development, and human resource development, especially those that benefit educational institutions, citizen participation entities, and other organizations dedicated to human resource development in the countries of Latin America and the Caribbean.The organization's ultimate goal is to foster the establishment of honest and effective local and national government bureaucracies and political actors. This can be achieved either through direct efforts or by contributing to organizations that qualify as exempt entities under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended.The Corporation's act
