91 FOUR The mission of 91Four is to provide underprivileged, at-risk adolescent girls in Kampala Uganda Africa vocational training with assistance in job placement also while providing shelter, healthy food & water, and clothing under the guidelines of IRS statute 501c3 for charitable, religious, and educational purposes.
