WATT AVENUE PARTNERSHIP

WATT AVENUE PARTNERSHIP if you're here, you're with us! Value The use of monies for Capital Improvements will assist with grant funding for various projects to enhance the value of the district. The“Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT)” Grant by Sacramento County, invested $20,000 of matching funds to help cover costs of Security Patrols, CPTED support, and direct access to law enforcement and other county personnel via regular public meetings is another way to continue our goal for ‘quality of business, quality of life,’ in the 80 Watt District. Protection Additional security within the PBID has reduced crime 41% since January 2016 (“About Us,” n.d.). Trident Security Operations (24/7) daily patrols have illustrated the value of increased district monitoring. The 24-hour private security hotline (916-226-2008 ext. 888) is an added bonus for property owners and tenants that require immediate assistance. Maintenance The purpose of the maintenance program is to preserve high standards for aesthetics within the district. The standards of cleanliness coupled with accessibility and general appeal keep consumers returning to local businesses while attracting new, potential property owners. Maintenance services include litter and graffiti removal, sidewalk pressure washing, weed abatement, and median maintenance. This program supplements the maintenance performed by current property owners within their own respective business spaces and handled by Olympic Cleaning Services. Services Every business is unique. The products and services are as diverse as the people. Being in the middle of all the happenings, the 80 Watt PBID is in a position to help bring people and businesses together towards a common goal. Reach out to us with your ideas and thoughts, and let’s work together to continue to make Watt Avenue the very best it can be.
