HEALTHY FATHERING COLLABORATIVE The primary and specific purposes for which said Corporation is organized are: (a) To operate exclusively for such charitable and educational purposes under 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or corresponding section of any future federal tax code. The Corporation is dedicated exclusively to charitable and educational purposes and not for gain or individual profit. The following more specific purposes are within the scope of such exempt purposes; (b) To provide and promote social and health services for fathers, families and their children. (c) To convene a network of public, community and faith based agencies dedicated to supporting fathers, families and their children. (d) To collaborate with similar groups at the local, statewide, and national level to coordinate services, train practitioners, research and promote best practices, educate policymakers and evaluate program.
