Stronger Than Stigma Inc Stronger Than Stigma's (STS) mission is to educate, empower, inspire and support those struggling with mental health issues. Designed to be a "for us, by us, social movement, STS works to break down the barriers that keep people from reaching out for help and to eliminate the stigma around doing so. STS focuses on creating meaningful experiences - in person and online - to bring people together and prove that no one is alone in their struggle. Dedicated to Next Gen mental health advocacy, STS believes that the millennial generation will be the force behind this needed social change and it is leading the way, one experience at a time. STS' ultimate goal is to change public perception around mental health and reaching out for help. STS is trying to make caring for one's mental health more of a social experience, and if nothing else, a less isolating one.
