Toccoa Loving Care inc we are starting a spay/neuter program to help the elderly ,disabled , and low income families. our goal and mission is to raise enough money to have a cat rescue no kill shelter. we want to be able to save death row cats from being murdered. To be able to take care of them and find them forever homes. And if no one wants them they will have forever homes at our rescue.We also want to be able to educate cat owners of their responsibility to their new family member.
