SWIM BIKE RUN TRIATHLON CLUB Swim Bike Run promotes the development of amateur adult and youth athletes in the sport of triathlon. SBR offers its members instruction in the fundamentals of each discipline of triathlon (swimming, cycling and running). SBR strives to develop amateur athletes to reach their full potential in competing in triathlon events. SBR does not provide facilities but rather encourages its members to participate in local events. Members are also encouraged to participate in group training sponsored by local triathlon, cycling and running shops as well as athletic clubs.
