RESCUED ANIMALS-SECOND CHANCE INC To promote animal welfare through rescue, temporary and permanent shelter, medical care, rehabilitation, and adoption placement of unwanted, neglected, and abused animals. Specifically focusing on horses and dogs that need shelter, medical care, rehab and placement. There is a large demand and need for such services in the local area. Safe "no-kill" shelters in the area are often full to capacity. This organization will strive to promote animal welfare in the area by saving as many horses and dogs as possible from neglect, abuse and abondonment.
