Peoples Legal Clinic The design of PLC is to bring greater access to justice to those who dont have meaningful access to our justice system, properly evaluate the impact of mental health regarding justice and societal issues, and provide a more effective and compassionate approach to these issues in regards to ALL people regardless of race, ethnicity, color, religion, or gender.
