THOMAS CHARITIES Thomas Charities is a Christian organization whose mission is to encourage and empower those without resources to achieve community sustainability in East Africa. We develop agricultural projects for women/widows, provide Primary School fees for orphans, literacy programs for adults, scholarships for school-age students to Secondary School, Vocational School/Higher Education, drill and repair community water wells, operate a Medical and Maternity Center, and teach Christian education. The majority of our work is in extreme rural areas of Uganda.
