RED WOLVES MUSIC BOOSTERS INC The purposes for which the corporation is formed are those set forth in its Articles of Incorporation, which are to conduct activities providing educational and charitable assistance benefiting the Walden Grove High School music department, all in accordance with section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. The Red Wolves Music Boosters, INC. (RWMB) is a parent booster organization intended to help support students participating in the Walden Grove High School (WGHS) music department. The RWMB will raise funds to supplement the WGHS music department in areas that are not currently funded by the Sahuarita Unified School District budget and finances.
